Our client is a leading manufacturer of various components (locks, fittings, and more) for gates, fences, etc. With decades of experience and a global clientele, the company has established itself as a trusted player in the industry.

Business challenge

The client provides locking systems that enable secure access to factory buildings, warehouses, and other non-residential buildings. The system consists of three main components: the keyboard interface for accessing doors and gates, the relay box that connects to the electronic locks and sends commands to close/open, and the gateway that enables to connect and configure that system remotely. The client needed a robust and user-friendly software platform that would allow them to support and manage the access control system, making it convenient and easy to use for their customers.

Implementation

ask facilities helped the client develop the software platform for the access control system from the ground up. We analyzed the client’s requirements, helped the client choose the most suitable software and hardware technologies, and built the platform. We have also created and implemented an effective and intuitive  for the system. It allows users to have all the features and information they need at their fingertips. Furthermore, users can access the system from various devices (desktops, smartphones, etc.), making the process of monitoring, managing, and configuring the control access system smooth and straightforward.
